Environmental Permitting

Sustainability is a core value of the Partnership. We will be applying for permits through the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). This will verify that the facilities built for the Jordan Lake Water Supply Project meet environmental standards.
